At Laila’s Beauty Emporium, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange according to the policy below.

Return & Exchange Conditions

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase or order confirmation
  • Photos of the damaged item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

If the return is requested due to change of mind or personal preference, the return courier charges will be paid by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used
  • The original packaging or tags are missing
  • The item is damaged due to customer mishandling
  • The product was purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional discounts

Refund Process

After we receive the returned item, it will be inspected.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued through:

  • Bank Transfer
  • JazzCash
  • Easypaisa

Refunds are usually processed within 3–7 working days after the product inspection.

Customers may also choose store credit or a discount voucher instead of a refund.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver orders across Pakistan.

Delivery charges may apply depending on the order and location.

We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option.

If a return is requested due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
